style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La transici\u00f3n hacia la vida profesional puede despertar todo tipo de emociones: ilusi\u00f3n, ansiedad, entusiasmo o incluso miedo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Actualmente, curso el octavo semestre de la licenciatura y he comenzado mis pr\u00e1cticas profesionales en el \u00e1rea de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social del Ayuntamiento de Jiutepec. Apenas llevo algunos d\u00edas asistiendo, pero ya empiezo a conocer al equipo y a familiarizarme con su forma de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soy una persona propositiva; en contextos anteriores, sol\u00eda participar activamente en la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, aqu\u00ed las din\u00e1micas son distintas: tengo una secretaria, un coordinador y tres directores por encima de m\u00ed. Es un reto ser &#8220;el nuevo&#8221; en un equipo consolidado, donde todos se conocen y est\u00e1n inmersos en sus responsabilidades. No hay una intenci\u00f3n social clara, nadie se esfuerza demasiado por integrarse, y eso me ha hecho cuestionar cu\u00e1l es mi lugar dentro de esta estructura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He comprendido que mi papel es de apoyo: asistir en las tareas que se me asignen, adaptarme al ritmo del equipo y encontrar maneras de aportar sin imponer. Tratar de que mis ideas sean bien recibidas en un entorno tan exigente es, sin duda, uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde mi perspectiva, el \u00e1rea de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social en Jiutepec realiza un trabajo admirable. Lo noto en la constancia y calidad del contenido que se publica diariamente, el cual fortalece el sentido de pertenencia de la poblaci\u00f3n jiutepequense y refuerza la confianza en su presidente municipal. \u00bfLa f\u00f3rmula? Jornadas de m\u00e1s de 12 horas, trabajo fines de semana y una atenci\u00f3n constante a las redes sociales. Pararse temprano y dormir tarde es parte del compromiso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hay duda: estoy aprendiendo much\u00edsimo. Desde c\u00f3mo se maneja la relaci\u00f3n con los medios hasta la creaci\u00f3n de contenido institucional. Pero tambi\u00e9n estoy descubriendo algo m\u00e1s importante: si este es realmente el camino profesional que quiero seguir, si me apasiona lo suficiente como para dedicarle la mayor parte de mi tiempo y energ\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo que s\u00ed puedo decir, con total certeza, es que la gesti\u00f3n social a nivel institucional es una labor compleja. Mucho valor para quienes se animan a involucrarse, y a\u00fan m\u00e1s respeto para quienes lo hacen por amor a su comunidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --> ansiedad, entusiasmo o incluso miedo.<\/p> <p>\u00a0<\/p> <p> Actualmente, curso el octavo semestre de la licenciatura y he comenzado mis pr\u00e1cticas profesionales en el \u00e1rea de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social del Ayuntamiento de Jiutepec. Apenas llevo algunos d\u00edas asistiendo, pero ya empiezo a conocer al equipo y a familiarizarme con su forma de trabajo.<\/p> <p>\u00a0<\/p> <p>Soy una persona propositiva; en contextos anteriores, sol\u00eda participar activamente en la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, aqu\u00ed las din\u00e1micas son distintas: tengo una secretaria, un coordinador y tres directores por encima de m\u00ed. Es un reto ser \"el nuevo\" en un equipo consolidado, donde todos se conocen y est\u00e1n inmersos en sus responsabilidades. No hay una intenci\u00f3n social clara, nadie se esfuerza demasiado por integrarse, y eso me ha hecho cuestionar cu\u00e1l es mi lugar dentro de esta estructura.<\/p> <p>\u00a0<\/p> <p>He comprendido que mi papel es de apoyo: asistir en las tareas que se me asignen, adaptarme al ritmo del equipo y encontrar maneras de aportar sin imponer. Tratar de que mis ideas sean bien recibidas en un entorno tan exigente es, sin duda, uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos.<\/p> <p>\u00a0<\/p> <p>Desde mi perspectiva, el \u00e1rea de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social en Jiutepec realiza un trabajo admirable. Lo noto en la constancia y calidad del contenido que se publica diariamente, el cual fortalece el sentido de pertenencia de la poblaci\u00f3n jiutepequense y refuerza la confianza en su presidente municipal. \u00bfLa f\u00f3rmula? Jornadas de m\u00e1s de 12 horas, trabajo fines de semana y una atenci\u00f3n constante a las redes sociales. Pararse temprano y dormir tarde es parte del compromiso.<\/p> <p>\u00a0<\/p> <p>No hay duda: estoy aprendiendo much\u00edsimo. Desde c\u00f3mo se maneja la relaci\u00f3n con los medios hasta la creaci\u00f3n de contenido institucional. Pero tambi\u00e9n estoy descubriendo algo m\u00e1s importante: si este es realmente el camino profesional que quiero seguir, si me apasiona lo suficiente como para dedicarle la mayor parte de mi tiempo y energ\u00eda.\u00a0<\/p> <p>\u00a0<\/p> <p>Lo que s\u00ed puedo decir, con total certeza, es que la gesti\u00f3n social a nivel institucional es una labor compleja.
